The important points:
1.Students can grasp the key words and phrases, such as clean, dirty, bins, a factory, rubbish, smoke.
2.Students can use the sentences fluently: What makes the air dirty? ... make(s)... dirty/clean. What can we do to keep ... clean? We can ...
The difficult point: Students can make a speech of how to keep our school clean.

Step1 Warm-up:
1.Introduce the learning aims:
a.We know how to keep our city clean.
b.We can use “make”, “keep” and “can”.
c. We can give a speech fluently.

Step2 Revision and grammar time
1.Review the story time

2.Read and summarize
a. What 作为疑问词看作是单数，所以动词make要使用第三人称单数形式。
b. smoke 和rubbish都是不可数名词。一般现在时的肯定句中，主语是不可数名词，谓语动词也用第三人称单数形式。
c. make 的意思有很多，做，制作，制造，整理，获得等，在本单元中的意思是“使……变得” ，make+sth./ sb.+形容词。
